    Find a space to make yourself comfortable. You can sit on a chair with your feet on the ground or lie down on your bed or yoga mat on the floor. Use a pillow, blanket or anything you need to make sure you are warm and comfortable. If you get lower back pain, you can use cushions or props to support you.

    You may use speakers or headphones.

    When you are ready, press play and close your eyes.

    After-Care

    Go slow. Be gentle with yourself. Drink some water.
